Our intermediate kitesurf course is designed for riders who are already fully independent and want to level up their skills and progression.
The intermediate track covers everything from direction changes (tacks and jibes) to hooked-in rotations, both backrolls and frontrolls.
All lessons are delivered by our certified instructors with years of experience; every student wears a radio helmet to stay in constant contact with the instructor and receive real-time guidance.
All necessary equipment for the lessons is provided by the kite school.

How Intermediate Lessons Work
➤ Before getting in the water to practice what you want to learn, your instructor gives a short theory briefing. They then demonstrate the trick several times so you can visualise the correct execution and discuss key points and common mistakes.
➤ Now, equipped with a radio helmet, you’ll try your trick under your instructor’s watchful eye. You’ll stay in constant contact and receive real-time input before, during and after each attempt.
➤ Popular requests in the intermediate course include: tacks, jibes, hooked-in pop, jumps with kite inversion, toeside, riding blind, backroll, frontroll, darkslide and first hooked kiteloops.

Equipment Rental
ProKite Sardegna ASD offers Duotone & ION rental to members. After your course, you can rent gear with your instructor’s approval. You must be an independent, safe kiter to rent, to protect yourself and others.
Membership
To access all our services and activities, an annual ProKite Sardegna A.S.D. membership is required (€10). It includes personal insurance and free use of on-spot facilities: private relax area, showers, changing rooms, Wi-Fi, rinse area, barbecue zone, parking on a guarded private lot, and more.
These are just a few examples of what you can learn in the intermediate lessons. With pro guidance you’ll be surprised how fast you hit your goals.
